Acceptance

By using Agent Maker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Agent Maker Does

Agent Maker is a guided wizard that helps you generate AI instruction files (CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, GEMINI.md) for your software projects. It optionally uses AI suggestions powered by your own API key to enhance the generated output. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it in your projects.

Your Responsibilities

• You provide your own Anthropic API key and are responsible for any costs incurred through your provider.
• You must review all generated instruction files before committing them to your projects.
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

API Keys & Security

API keys you provide are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest and only decrypted during active sessions to make API calls on your behalf. Keys are never sent to the client or exposed in HTTP responses. If you suspect your key has been compromised, rotate it immediately with your AI provider and update it in your Agent Maker settings.

Service Availability

Agent Maker is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or uptime.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated instruction files, data loss, API costs incurred through your provider, or service interruptions.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Account deletion permanently removes all stored data.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Agent Maker after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
